This Privacy Policy describes how XMediaLab ("we", "us", or "our") manages, processes, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, All Document Reader & Viewer (the "Application").

1. Local-First & On-Device Processing

All Document Reader & Viewer is designed with a strict privacy-first architecture. All core document viewing, rendering, text search, PDF compression, PDF page organizing, vector annotations, watermark stamping, and digital signing operations are performed 100% locally on your device.

We do NOT collect, upload, transmit, or store your documents, personal files, or browsing contents on our servers or any third-party cloud infrastructure.

2. Permissions and How They Are Used

To provide full document management capabilities, the Application requests only the minimal necessary system permissions:

All Files Access / Storage Permissions (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_DOCUMENTS / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Used solely to search, list, open, render, edit, and organize local documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Text, Images, Archives) on your device upon your explicit request.
Camera (Optional): Used solely when you choose to scan physical paper documents into PDF format or capture images for offline OCR text extraction. No images or camera feeds are sent to external servers.
Biometric / Fingerprint (Optional): Used strictly on-device to lock and unlock your private Secure Vault storage locally. Your biometric data is managed securely by the Android OS and is never accessible to the Application.

3. Offline OCR & Smart Intelligence

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document summarization features utilize on-device Google ML Kit models and local algorithms. Processing occurs entirely offline on your device hardware without requiring internet connectivity or external data sharing.

We value your trust. Because all document operations are handled locally and encrypted Secure Vault files use AES-256-GCM encryption on-device, your documents remain under your full control at all times.
